Terms and Conditions — c444 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing c444 at c444.link, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on any game or market, you enter into a legally binding agreement with c444 and confirm that you have read, understood and fully accept these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how you access it — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser or any other access method.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the c444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and c444. Where these documents overlap, the more specific provision takes precedence.

c444 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, c444 will notify registered players via the email address on their account. Continued use of c444 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to c444 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. c444 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit or participate in any game or betting market under any circumstances.

Accounts found to belong to players under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method from which they were sent — no winnings will be paid.

3Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one c444 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. c444 uses identity verification tools to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all but the original account will be permanently closed, any bonuses credited to the duplicate accounts will be voided and any winnings generated through duplicate account activity may be confiscated.

Accurate Registration Information

When registering at c444 you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms. c444 may request verification of any information provided at registration at any point during your account's active lifetime.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your c444 login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. c444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, which is available in account security settings. Any activity carried out using your login credentials — whether by you or any third party who gains access through your negligence — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact c444 support immediately.

4Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on c444 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). c444 does not accept deposits in any other currency. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital bank)
• SadaPay (digital bank)
• Bank Transfer — IBFT (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

The minimum deposit on c444 is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your c444 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. c444 does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply standard transfer charges depending on your account type and plan.

Third-Party Payments Prohibited

All deposits to your c444 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends or any other persons — are strictly prohibited. Where third-party funding is identified, c444 will return the funds to the source account and may suspend the receiving account pending investigation.

Anti-Money Laundering

c444 maintains full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. c444 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation from any player at any time, and to suspend account access and hold funds pending satisfactory completion of enhanced verification checks.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by c444 within 4 business hours of the request being submitted during standard operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, in accordance with c444's anti-money laundering policy.

Withdrawal to Same Method

c444 applies a same-method withdrawal policy — your withdrawal will be returned to the Easypaisa wallet, JazzCash account, NayaPay account, SadaPay account, bank account or Visa/Mastercard that was used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent financial fraud and is non-negotiable. Requests to withdraw to a different method require completion of additional identity verification before being processed.

Pending Bets and Bonus Wagering

If you have pending bets or active bonus wagering requirements on your account, the portion of your balance subject to those requirements may not be available for withdrawal until the relevant bets are settled or wagering requirements are completed. The c444 bet slip and account balance display will show which portions of your balance are available for immediate withdrawal.

Jackpot Winnings

Jackpot wins and other large prize payments exceeding Rs 500,000 may require additional identity verification before being processed. c444 will contact the winning player directly within 24 hours of the win being confirmed to initiate the verification process. The winnings remain fully credited and secure on the player's account throughout this process.

6Bonuses and Promotions

c444 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the individual promotion in addition to the general bonus terms set out below. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus

New c444 players are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus matches a percentage of your first deposit up to a specified maximum PKR amount. To qualify, your first deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the current welcome bonus promotion details, which are displayed on the c444 registration page and promotions section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your c444 account are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game contributions are specified for each bonus. As a general rule on c444, slots contribute 100% of each bet to wagering requirements, while certain table games and live betting may contribute at a lower percentage. Bonus Abuse

c444 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated betting to exploit promotion terms and any other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage from c444 promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, c444 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings generated from the bonus and restrict or close the account without notice.

7Sports Betting and Wagering Rules

All sports bets placed on c444 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules published in the c444 betting help section.

Bet Confirmation

A bet is not accepted until c444 has confirmed it and you have received a bet reference number on your bet slip. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change between the time you add a selection to your bet slip and the time you submit — if odds have changed, c444 will alert you before confirming the bet.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void on c444 in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the deadline set in sport-specific rules; the bet was placed on a market that was opened in error; the event result has been verified to involve match-fixing or corruption. Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's c444 balance.

Palpable Errors

c444 reserves the right to cancel or void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest technical or human error — for example, a match shown with inverted odds, or odds that were clearly mispriced due to a data feed failure. The identification of palpable errors is at c444's sole discretion. Players who knowingly exploit obvious errors risk account restrictions in addition to bet voiding.

Maximum Winnings

c444 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day across betting markets. These limits are published in the sport-specific rules section of the c444 platform and are subject to change. Bets that would yield a payout exceeding the applicable limit will be automatically reduced by c444's system to the maximum permitted stake for that market.

8Games and Fair Play

All casino games, slot titles and virtual sport simulations available on c444 operate on independently certified random number generator (RNG) systems. The RNG engines used by c444 are audited regularly by approved independent testing laboratories who verify that outcomes are statistically random, unpredictable and free from manipulation.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles reflect the long-term theoretical return rate across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Virtual sports outcomes on c444 are generated by the same certified RNG system. • Exploiting technical bugs or errors in the c444 platform to gain an unfair advantage — any such bugs must be reported to c444 support immediately upon discovery
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes in multi-player games
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds or any other financial crime using c444 accounts or transactions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification or any customer support interaction
• Allowing a third party to operate your c444 account on your behalf
• Any attempt to access c444 systems without authorisation including hacking, injection attacks or social engineering of c444 staff

10Account Suspension and Closure

c444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice if:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions
• The player fails to complete required identity or age verification within the specified timeframe
• c444 is required to do so by a legal, regulatory or law enforcement obligation
• The player requests account closure through the c444 responsible gaming or self-exclusion process

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, c444 will inform the player via their registered email address. A suspended account cannot be used to place bets, make deposits or request withdrawals until the investigation is concluded. c444 targets completion of investigations within 28 days of suspension.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players who wish to close their c444 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at support@c444.link. Account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's withdrawal method subject to standard verification checks and after any pending bets are settled.

11Privacy and Data Protection

c444 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering at c444 you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

c444 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. c444's liability to any player for losses arising from use of the platform — including but not limited to technical failures, incorrect odds display, bet settlement errors or payment processing delays — is limited to the value of any funds directly and demonstrably lost due to a proven c444 error. c444 is not liable for losses arising from a player's own decisions, including betting decisions made on the basis of publicly available information or personal analysis.

c444 is not responsible for any third-party content, tools or services that may be accessed through or in connection with the platform. Use of third-party services is at the player's own risk.

14Amendments to These Terms

c444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email to their registered address. The updated Terms and Conditions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms and Conditions, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use of c444 after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
